HR-Admin Assistant (UK/mid shift)

The role of HR and Admin Assistant is to provide support to in a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Provides assistance in Recruitment – work with HR and Admin Officer and HR Admin Assistant on selection of applicants that meet specified job requirements ; facilitates testing and screening of applicants
  • Maintains database of pool applicants and keep files of screened and qualified applicants for future reference
  • Provides assistance in Timekeeping and Record Management – often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Provides assistance in monitoring employees' performance evaluation for periodic appraisal and/or recommendations
  • Helps organise and manage new employee orientation, onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinates HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Adheres to and helps enforce all policies and procedures set forth by the Company
  • Provides support in the implementation of HR policies of the company
  • Provides office support services to ensure efficiency
  • Supports the HR and Admin Officer and other HR staff on any administrative functions
  • Action other tasks or duties due to business exigencies or as deemed necessary by Management to achieve business goals
Knowledge, Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Must have at least 1 year experience
  • Knowledge in compensation and benefits
  • Knowledge in Philippine Labor Code
  • Experience in Recruitment
  • Able to work well under pressure and on flexible schedule
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to provide insight based on analysis
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Hand on experience with HR Software like HRIS, PC literacy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
