A. Education

• Graduate of Bachelor of Arts/Science in Psychology, in Human Resource Management or in any 4-year business related course

B. Experience

• At least three (3) years relevant work experience in payroll
• Construction industry experience, preferred
• Knowledge of/skills in inventory management
• Knowledge of/skills in records management
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, an advantage Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-Basic
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Professional in attitude and appearance
