Qualifications:

• Candidates must be graduates of sales and marketing or any other course.
• Candidates must have a motorcycle.
• Candidates must have adequate experience in surveying the area or have experience locating possible areas for gasoline stations.
• Candidates must have adequate experience in sales and marketing activities.
• Candidates must have sufficient communication skills to deal with clients.
• Candidates must be willing to travel anywhere in Metro Manila and the Calabarzon area.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sends a standard proposal letter to dealer applicants regarding gasoline station dealerships.
• Sees to it that all submitted site documents are authenticated and complete.
• Maintains an updated list of inquiries and regularly follows them up.
• prepares a project endorsement form for Luzon sites.
• Coordinates with OIC Ports and Site Development In-Charge regarding the completion of all site application documents and day-to-day coordination and updates to the Erectors Department.
• Regularly updates files on equipment assignment for each station to include valuation in coordination with erectors and the accounting department for reference purposes only.
• Maintains and updates files on information regarding equipment, monthly rentals, advances, and other special arrangements for all USA88 stations.
• prepares the periodic site development status of the site being constructed for construction, for approval, for evaluation, and for opening.
• Prepares requests for payment for all department requirements as budgeted.
• Acts as the overall coordinator of site development with the erectors department and ports site development on all site concerns.
• Prepares site development communication letters and other related letters to different government agencies concerned.
