Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Account Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen eye for engaging content. As a Social Media Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience, and implementing effective strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
· Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
· Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Platform Management:
· Maintain and update social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linked In.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Audience Engagement:
· Foster positive interactions with the audience to build a strong community.
· Implement strategies to increase likes, shares, and followers.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
· Prepare regular reports detailing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Development:
· Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and execute social media campaigns.
· Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
Stay Updated on Trends:
· Keep abreast of industry trends and social media best practices.
· Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Location:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
