Our client is a social media agency that specialised in revenue generating social media platforms and is currently looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to grow their client’s social media accounts and sales.
Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for our individual clients’ social media strategies, content generation and content posting with the goal of increasing the follower numbers on numerous social media platforms – specifically Instagram. Additionally you will be required to advise our clients of content generation ideas and actions on platforms such as Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
· Directly increase followers on social media platforms, specifically Instagram, through creative content posting, stories and reels.
· Respond to direct messages from followers and guiding them to other social media platforms.
· Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all platforms.
· Create and curate engaging content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
· Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive community and managing online reputation.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and goals.
· Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
· Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics – specifically Instagram.
· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Ability to create visually appealing content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
· Constant updating and interest in social media trends and success strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles including use of VPN and activities that attract followers from specific countries.
· Extensive demonstrated experience with social media platforms, specifically Instagram.
