Job description and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience interests.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure social media efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains relevant and effective.
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive engagement on social media.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tiktok.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and other relevant industry contacts.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by addressing negative reviews and comments.
- Continuously test and experiment with new social media tactics and strategies to improve performance and drive business results.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in relevant positions.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms.
• Experience in retail and wholesale markets in the Philippines is a plus.
