Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in Account Management, Structuring Agreements, and is comfortable facing key client representatives such as CIO, CTO, CEO, Head of Business Transformation, Head of Application Development, etc.
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and building business relationships.
• Identifies trendsetting ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
• Discovers and explores other business opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Integrating the impact of the various internal and external business functions such as, finance, operations, human resources, marketing, legal, regulatory, with organizational goals in the design and implementation of projects.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
• Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in business development in the IT industry
• Experience in brand management is a plus
• Experience with external clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, possesses good follow-up abilities, good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
