We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager. This role involves managing a broad range of projects including internal initiatives and customer-facing deliverables. The Project Manager will be instrumental in defining end-to-end processes for new product implementations, coordinating all internal business transformation projects, and driving revenue through efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· End-to-End Process Definition: Lead the definition and implementation of end-to-end processes for new product rollouts, collaborating closely with development, product, implementation, support teams, and third-party vendors.
· Management of Projects: Oversee and coordinate all internal and external facing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Be the primary project point of contact for customers.
· Team Leadership: Assemble and lead diverse talent groups, including implementation teams, to successfully execute the scope of various projects.
· Revenue Generation: Act as a driver of revenue by prioritizing and keeping the right projects on track, aligning project objectives with business revenue goals.
· Resource Planning: Conduct resource planning for concurrent project execution, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects.
· Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
· Quality Assurance and Reporting: Maintain the highest standards of quality for all project deliverables. Provide regular and comprehensive project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
· Academic degrees don’t carry all too much weight with us, but they make statements about your work ethics.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking software industry.
· Demonstrated ability to define and implement effective project processes and methodologies.
· Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Zoho Project).
· PMP / PRINCE II certification is highly advantageous.
· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Must be able to work until at least 12pm in US Central time zone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
