Mid Software Developer
Location: Philippines- Remote


Responsibilities:

• Investigating and resolving bugs in our software
• Participating in code review
• Extending your skills through software engineering tasks
• Implementing new features
• Creating automated end to end, integration, and unit tests
• Modernizing software

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in IT industry as Software Developer or related
• Ability to work with English documentation
• English speaking/reading/writing at minimum B2
• Good knowledge about
  • Linux environment
  • Bash
  • Python (or other scripting language)
  • UML
  • Design Patterns
  • RDBMS (Postgre SQL)
  • For source control: GIT
• Basic knowledge about:
  • Web technologies (HTML, REST)
  • C/C++
  • Asynchronous programs (one of: Python Asyncio, Twisted, libuv, libevent)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge about:
  • TCP/IP, UDP, etc.
  • Telecommunications technologies (SIP, Asterisk)
  • g RPC/Proto Buf
• Previously used following tools:
  • For source control: TFS
  • For Issue tracking: Jira
  • Jenkins
  • Docker
• Some personal projects you worked on
