With a waitlist growing by the day, Athena has already showcased compelling demand. The Specialist, Volume Recruitment will be responsible for properly gauging the Executive Partner candidate's competencies, motivation, job fitment, culture fit, and WFH readiness.

High-level Responsibilities

Volume Recruitment
Final Screening Interviews
Database management

Specific Responsibilities

Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process and making sure that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
Updating current and designing new recruitment procedures.
Ensuring timely generation and upkeep of weekly dashboards.
Management of the XP background screening process.
Drafting and creating necessary contracts or similar legal form/s.
Recommending and driving effective recruitment activities to connect with top-quality talents for Athena.
Validating XP interviews
Ensuring that pre-onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner.
Coordinating with the training team on the scheduling of training classes.
Training and mentoring new recruitment and sourcing specialists.

About You
You are a solid recruiter.

Recruitment is not just a small part of your entire career, it is your career. You must have solid experience in volume recruitment for a BPO setting, with at least 3 years as Final Interviewer.

You make sound decisions.

As Final Interviewer, it will be your responsibility to determine the candidate’s overall fit for the Executive Partner position and not compromise the quality of your hires in favor of speed and quantity.

You are quick and adaptable.

You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can adjust quickly to changes in directions, timelines, or deliverables.
