Sr. Sales Manager & Coach/Trainer
Location: Cyberscape Gamma Topaz, Ortigas, Philippines
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, from 8AM to 5PM, CST
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in-office 3 days per week)
Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager, Trainer & Coach will focus on developing both our on-site and remote SDR/BDR teams by enhancing their cold calling, lead generation, and discovery skills. The ideal candidate will create and implement tailored sales playbooks, review and analyze recorded calls, and provide ongoing coaching on best practices for objection handling, pipeline creation, and qualifying leads. This role will be instrumental in driving data-driven results, including increased conversion rates, qualified meetings, and outbound-sourced revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, with an emphasis on training, coaching, and skill development.
• Develop and implement sales playbooks, talk tracks, and training modules on cold calling, lead generation, objection handling, negotiation, and sales scripts.
• Oversee daily sales operations, set team goals, and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead regular call reviews to improve technique, identify areas for improvement, and enhance team effectiveness.
• Act as a hands-on leader and team player, collaborating with SDR/BDR team members to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Drive data-driven results, such as increasing cold call dial conversion rates, outbound-sourced revenue, and month-over-month growth in qualified meetings.

Qualification:

• Experience in training and developing SDR/BDR teams, specifically with cold calling, lead generation, and multi-threading.
• Proven track record of building and leading outbound sales and/or call center teams.
• Sales management and coaching skills, with experience in developing soft skills for engaging with decision-makers.
• Background in people management, with experience launching and training first-time sales teams.
• Industry experience in Fintech or Payments is a plus, but not required. Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses is ideal.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and improve conversion rates, lead generation, and pipeline creation.

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
