Carries out the general duties in the SF Service Station and assist the Station Supervisor in managing the daily operations
Responsibilities:
- Support the Station Supervisor in operational requirement of the company
- Manage the day-to-day operations the SF Service Station from inventory, asset management, office administration and financial-handling protocols
- Serve as a contact of customers for booking request and walk-in
- Responsible for coordination incoming and daily dispatch of shipments
- Provide support in the planning and tracking of the shipment of finished orders.
- Tracking the progress of shipments
- Recommend options and plans for logistical activities
- Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders
- Work closely with Client Support Service team
- Other duties that may be assigned
- Proven work experience in a logistics company
- Understands the E-Comindustry
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- KPI Conscious
- Quick to act
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literate
- Flexibility: They must be willing to and able to work flexible hours.
- College diploma
