Experience:

• 2+ years in warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.

Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and evaluate a small team of warehouse staffs to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address any issues.
