- Ensure that all documents/applications of healthcare professionals are complete and complaining with the required documents of the USCIS/immigration lawyers.
- Maintain regular cooperation and compliance with all regulatory, accrediting, and government agencies/organization.
- Create and carry out various credentialing processes in relation to all active healthcare professionals Grandison Management in the USA.
- Ensure that all personnel and services adhere to facility and staff policies, department guidelines, regulations, and government laws.
- Process applications and reappointment paperwork, checking for full completeness and accuracy.
- Constantly collect and process significant amounts of verification and accreditation information, and thus must constantly maintain and update accurate databases for both healthcare professionals and facilities.
- Process and ensures to have an active PWD.
- Ensures that all licensure of all healthcare professionals is active and valid.
- Maintains pertinent education, training, experience, and licensure content.
- Prepare their own records for regular auditing, as well as maintain close communication with all appropriate practitioners to ensure that records are up-to-date and consistent.
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
- Maintain confidential files and other materials essential for use by the Grandison USA/COO in the Philippine.
- Prepare and process bills and other office documents.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Submits accurate and timely reports.
- Shows versatility and promptness in performing other tasks that may be directed and assigned by the Grandison USA and/or Chief Operating Officer in the Philippines and/or employer.
- Able to understand and efficiently assist the checking of legal documents.
- Prepare a list of candidates who are identified as problematic and endorse them to the deployment team for their handling.
- Review the pre-medical result, record it in the tracker, and submit a report every week.
- Conduct new hire orientation using pre-deployment handbook.
- Executes retention program.
- Ensures low attrition rate.
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably HRDM or BS Psychology.
- At least one (1) year of related experience in handling people and with background in HR. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and oral English communication skills

- Organize and keen on details
- With good customer service skills
- Adoptive, honest, transparent, and has integrity
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati from 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays.
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
