Job Title: Surveying Drafter / Revit Modeller
Location: Philippines (Full-Time Remote)
Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱60,000 per month (based on experience)

We're looking for a talented Surveying Drafter / Revit Modeller who is passionate about technical drafting and eager to grow within our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process 3D laser scanning point cloud data using software such as Leica Infinity or similar programs.
• Create accurate contour and feature survey plans and Revit models using data derived from point clouds.
• Provide energy and utilities drafting services, including creating technical drawings, plans, and diagrams for the design, construction, and maintenance of energy and utility infrastructure.
• Deliver all drawings and models within established deadlines.
• Review and revise drawings to maintain accuracy and adhere to industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to minimize revisions and meet project requirements effectively.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role as a Drafter, Survey Draftsperson, or Revit Modeller.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong skills in Auto CAD and Revit.
• Experience with 12d and point cloud processing software is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to interpret survey data accurately and produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Documentation Skills: Exceptional precision in managing and executing documentation.

• Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
