Ohmyhome is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team! If you can join immediately, and have a keen eye for detail and a background in cost estimation for interior design and renovation projects, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior design, renovation, and fit-out projects.
Handle budgeting for repair works, decoration, Alteration and Addition (A&A), and related projects.
Collaborate with interior designers and project managers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Analyze costs of materials, labor, and timelines to ensure projects stay within budget.
Provide accurate and timely reports on financial projections and project progress.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior design, renovation, fit-out works, repair works, decorations, or A&A projects.
Strong understanding of material costs and market rates in the interior design industry.
Ability to prepare accurate and detailed estimates for a wide range of interior projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
