Quantity Surveyor - Exposed in Roads or Bridge Project

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in roads and bridge projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates for road and bridge projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to establish project timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor project costs, track changes, and prepare reports for management.
  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement plans.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on roads and bridge projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
