System Analyst

- Analyze and document the business requirements and processes for IT projects.
- Create detailed system specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and validate use cases and business scenarios.
- Design system flowcharts and data models to provide clarity in system structure.
- Perform thorough system testing, including regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Engage in troubleshooting and issue resolution based on the test outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements or improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to advise on best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in systems analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating documentation, including requirement specifications and use cases.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have accounting background.
