The Warehouse System Controller monitors, coordinates, and controls an automated warehouse control system, SERTICA. It is his/her responsibility to ensure efficient product flow across different material handling equipment and sub-systems. The incumbent will monitor SERTICA Automated System to manage and plan warehouse activities from receiving through shipping.

• 100% Monitoring and managing of warehouse automated control systems (SERTICA).
• Ensure proper warehouse and end user coordination and day-to-day administrative support to warehouse operations.
• Monitor and sort out list of all open and approved Purchase Requisitions for conversion;
• Monitor the flow of inventory within a company’s distribution center(s);
• Identify the availability of the orders through Sertica System;
• Serve as an informational hub for materials knowledge in the company.

Qualifications;

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, IT System Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or any related courses.
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years experience in a relevant role in Warehouse/Procurement / Logistics and / or Transport/Demand Planning.
• Diligent with great attention to detail.
• Being able to communicate, listen to instructions and give feedback, good communication skills;
• Willing to work in Balut, Tondo, Manila
