Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing a team of 10-12 agents .
2. Monitoring and coaching performance of agents to align with client goals.
3. Act as a messenger between his/her agents and upper management.
4. Strong communication with our client and ensure that any help needed whether its process or anything that is related to developing agent's skills and improving overall performance.
Qualifications:
1._ At least 2 year experience as Team Leader_
2. Preferably from Sales or Technical Account
3. Basic Knowledge in MS Excel.
4. Must be willing to do shifting schedules.
5. At least 2 years in college
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php33,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
