The Technical Buyer for Product Development will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers to support new product development and continuous improvement in sourcing strategies.
The role ensures cost-effective, timely, and high-quality procurement of materials and components essential for product innovation and development.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering
• 3+ years experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in product development or manufacturing
• Proven track record of supplier development, cost negotiation, and contract management
• Strong knowledge in product development process and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements in sourcing
• Experience in FMCG with international sourcing
• Deep understanding of material testing and quality control process
