JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare plans and methods to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of section.
• Reviews existing processes and develop solutions to improve quality, increase productivity or reduce costs using applicable quality tools.
• Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with approved production methods and quality standards thru process confirmation and qualification of members for the identified special and modified process.
• Conduct machine validation in accordance with the set standard and safety to ensure reliability and efficiency and achieve the required specification of the products.
• Work in close coordination with other team to ensure completion of activities.
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed evaluation report on timely manner and discuss clearly to all concerned as necessary.
• Prepare and control technical standards based on the external standard on the results of the conducted evaluation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot process issues to make continuous and permanent improvements.
• Responsible for all results and outcome in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Perform other activities as instructed or requested by superiors as deemed necessary to achieve the target and objectives.
• Capable to design, promote and adjust plans.
• Properly communicate to superior any issues and concerns in the process and provide proposal solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree on Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering with professional license is advantage
• with at least 1 year related work experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and accurately.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
