TECHNICAL PROGRAM SERVICE ADMIN

The Technical Support Program Administrator will work within the Program and Product Managers team which leads, coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of the business systems project(s) from original concept through the final implementation, ensuring governance process adherence, project continuity, stakeholder management and user communication.
The role will provide opportunity to become involved in a good breadth of technologies from IT platforms to detailed analytics. It is expected that the role will expand as the new team member learns the core activities and begins to identify areas for efficiency and innovation. In specific the role will:
- Have responsibility for the coordination, configuration and ongoing management of Intertek IT platforms and manage client audit programs (such as Corporate Social Responsibility; Quality Evaluations; Information Security Management Systems, 3rd party audit programs) utilizing Intertek’s leading IT platforms.
- Act as liaison between Business Teams and clients for specific programs and projects.
- Learn about effective use of data analytics and insight delivery techniques and utilise these to deliver enhanced analytics to the business and clients.
- Experience working as a Program / Project Assistant of medium-large sized projects with proven success using a project management methodology applied throughout a projects lifecycle
- Prior experience in audit management system a plus.
- Prior experience in Analytics and Power BI a positive
- Experience with a large, functionally diverse, and informed user base that demands high quality applications.
- Bachelor's degree BSBA or any course relevant
- Work from set-up
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
