VERSA is the first ever Philippine two way radio brand which was launched 13 years ago. Two way radios or walkie-talkies cater to a niche market and are mandatory for industries like corporate security, transportation & logistics, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, mining, government, police and public safety. The brand is expanding across all industries regional and global in the coming months.
The expansion initiative would mean hiring new Tech Support Associate who would do FACE TO FACE and FIELD SUPPORT in the different key cities in the entire archipelago. We are looking for the very best candidates who posses the following 8 characteristics:

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Primary

• Monitor status and address discovered issues, verify documentation, and interact with end-users to gather information to solve problems.
• Update software and firmware for all radio programming computers.
• Create and maintain end-to-end documentation of all the system and unit troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support/Assist in performing repairs/replacements, technical evaluations, and assessments of various radio systems(s), troubleshooting, and/or maintenances of radio.
• Support/Assist in assembling, connecting, and securing such components as transmitters, power supplies, and the likes.
• Support/Assist in the analyzation and interpretation of circuit wiring, logic cable diagrams, complete communication system schematic diagrams, and network specifications for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, or maintaining the system or device.
• Support/Assist during emergency call service to act on maintenance requirement immediately to include troubleshooting, testing, retuning, and the likes of all the units released already and/or are returned for testing and fixing due to experiences issues and problems of the unit/s.
• Cooperates with the Team for timely coordination and quick resolutions.
• Engages with clients as required through Company channels and provide accurate and valuable information.
• Provides feedback and suggestions for further improvement of the technical processes and procedures.

Secondary

• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
