Responsibilities:
- Review and update support tickets through PH/EM/CH.
- Document and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Provide detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
- Expedite the resolution of all customer requests to meet our standards for service excellence.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure unresolved issues are directed to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
- Navigate products using internal training documents and articles.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay current with company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- The ideal candidate is located in the Philippines and is set up to work from home with a minimum internet speed of 150 Mbps.

Experience in technical support is essential, remote technical support, is preferred.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills.
- CRM/Ticketing System experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
