C. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Directly reporting to Supervisor.
2. Check technician quality of work on mold set-up,parameter setting,cooling lines and MTC setting. Correct if any discrepancies at standard.
3. Assures that the parts for production complies with quality standard.
4. Monitor production start-up and check Parts Approval Sample (PAS) status. Assures parts production schedule is being keep and target lead time is achieve.
5. Make judgment on parts that can proceed on MP without QA approval to lessen downtime and low productive rate.
6. Check and conducts confirmation on corrective action for quality, mold, and machine problems.
7. Assures that proper daily/weekly maintenance of injection machines, MTC and mold accessories are being conducted.
8. Monitor 4M activities and assures proper procedure is being followed.
9. Check technician report such as mold trial report, ETR and J.O.
10. Confirms that all monitoring and standard is being updated in-case of changes ex. machine trouble, 4M,etc.
11. Assures production output target is being keep and running at good condition.
12. Report to immediate superior in-case of any problem that need urgent attention.
13. Support or perform mold trial during new product development and 4M changes.
14. Confirm if daily machine check sheet and the set injection molding condition is being recorded.
15. Report all any untoward incident and unsafe acts.
16. Maintain 5's of the machine and remove all unnecessary items on the machine and its accessories.
17. Perform and participate in all corporate, productivity and continuous improvement.
18. Perform other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
