We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, particularly in cold calling and managing sales cycles. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through proactive lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals within assigned territories.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
• Schedule: 4 days’ work week, with 3 consecutive days off (between 8:00 pm-7:30 pm Manila time) with flexibility for schedule changes based on business needs.
• Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood
• Compensation: Up to PHP50,000 all in monthly salary (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through diligent prospecting and lead qualification.
• Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify their staffing requirements for offshore remote staff, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiation and deal closure.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
• Implement effective account management strategies to nurture client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to maintain engagement and address client inquiries.
• Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales operations, marketing, and customer support to optimize sales processes and achieve team objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our services in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role, with a minimum of X years in B2B sales.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and client interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a collaborative team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and learning.
