- Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate new leads.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs, interests, and buying potential through effective questioning and active listening.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally to move them through the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the company.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Background experience in selling copier machines, ERP, or IT solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone or through virtual communication channels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
