Responsibilities:

• Support the billing and collection team with daily operations.
• Issue and manage invoices, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage client accounts.
• Address client inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment or invoice problems.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in billing, collections, or similar financial roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in billing software and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work on short notice for temporary assignments.
