What is this role about?
The role is responsible for directing and administering the operational activities of the depot in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also represent the company in community-related activities in his/her area of assignment.
What will YOU do?

Supervise and assess depot personnel work assignment, attitude, and performance Coach and trained personnel
Supervise and control the whole terminal operations and facilities, including all product and non-product movements in the terminal
Plan and execute terminal programs and projects, including maintenance and housekeeping of equipment, assets and facilities
Ensure that the policies, guidelines, and procedures of the Company are adequately adhered to and consistently implemented in the depot
Approve processes and submit all reports, bills, and other documents generated by the depot
- Standardize as Fire Marshall and On-Scene Commander (oil spill response) of the depot
- Approve internally-generated documents
- Enhance safety and security of the depot, and conduct safety meetings and firefighting training
- Act as community relations officer (COMREL) in the tributary area of the depot
- Act as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) of the depot
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

At least 2 years of employment experience as a Terminal Supervisor
Willing to be assigned in BREDCO Port, Bacolod
