Terminal Operations Supervisor (Cebu)

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering or other related courses.
· At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in fuel terminal operations or the related field is a must.
· With Strong in HSSE/Fuel Operations knowledge/skill.
· With Strong leadership & engagement skills.
· Preferably living in or near in San Fernando, Cebu.
RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORITIES:
- Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and participates in the work of staff responsible for performing truck and barge loading operations and vessel receiving processes within the depot.
- Establishes, executes, reviews and evaluates Operations procedure manuals and work instructions.
- Ensures that safety and standard operating procedures are followed at every aspect of tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments for the timely and effective maintenance of depot facilities.
- Provide timely updates/feedback to inquiries of Sales and Customers
- Prepares incident reports and initiates disciplinary measures according to company policy when needed.
- Oversees, coaches, mentors, motivates and evaluates performance of his team to ensure competency and effectiveness of his team.
- Conduct daily walkabout to ensure compliance on operational safety requirements
- Assist the Terminal Manager in implementing all safety-related tasks to ensure terminal is safe and secure (Site induction training, permit to work system, etc)
- Performs other related functions/duties or as the situation dictates.
- Conducts daily inventory reconciliation and investigates gains/loss variances as and when applicable.
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
