About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in the healthcare or life insurance sectors to join our team. This pivotal role involves acting as a consultant to guide the creation of comprehensive proposals, encompassing both Functional Requirements (FR) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), alongside developing a robust testing roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:

• Testing Strategy & Planning: Develop and establish the overall testing strategy and plan to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients during the testing phase, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordination: Coordinate across various teams to streamline testing processes and address any issues that arise.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed test status reports to clients, providing insights and updates on progress.
• Delegated Tasks: Handle tasks assigned by the Client PMO related to testing activities.
• Leadership: Lead the test team effectively, ensuring adherence to testing protocols and timelines.
• Consultation: Assist in creating proposals and documentation, covering FR and NFR scopes, and providing expert advice on testing phases.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in the healthcare or life insurance industry, with a solid track record in data migration and core system migration. Experience with ERP solutions is a plus.
• Expertise: Strong understanding of testing methodologies, strategies, and tools.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage test teams effectively.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex testing scenarios.
• Certification: Relevant testing or project management certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) are advantageous.
