Our aim is to drive engagement with customers, and increase GMV through effective influencer partnerships.Job Description As a Tik Tok KOL BD Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

• KOL Sourcing & Outreach
• Identify and reach out to potential Tik Tok KOLs in the U.S. who align with our brand.
• Relationship Building & Negotiation
• Build relationships with KOLs and negotiate collaboration terms.
• Campaign Coordination
• Guide KOLs to identify user needs based on product highlights, creating compelling content that addresses pain points and drives sales.
• Performance Analysis
• Track campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact and ROI.
• Market Research
• Stay updated on U.S. Tik Tok trends to inform strategy and maintain relevance.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in KOL or influencer marketing, preferably with U.S.-based influencers in e-commerce or consumer goods.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and data-driven performance analysis skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Tik Tok’s platform and U.S. KOL landscape.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in e-commerce, familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., Upfluence), and understanding of video content creation.
