QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least graduate of in Business Administration, Customs Administration or other related courses.
• With at least six (6) months Freight Forwarding Documentation Experience
• Competent in communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and thorough knowledge of computer software applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN TASKS:

• Responsible for all documentation requirements for Airfreight
• Communicate with the carrier/co-loader/shipper/overseas offices for the required documentation and ensure to submit before the specified cut-off
• Ensure to obtain complete set of invoices of the service providers rendered in a shipment
• Handle the checking of invoices received from the carriers/co-loaders against the figures declared by Pricing/CS, prior to forwarding to Biller
• Responsible for sending the pre-alert docs (BL/AWBs and other required documentation like C.O., Fumigation Cert/ DN or CN to destination office
• Provide draft/final copy of HBL/HAWB, loading confirmation and invoices to shipper on time
• Monitor settlement of charges to carrier for the needed Telex Release/ Sea waybill confirmation, to be forwarded to destination office prior to cargo arrival
• Responsible for ensuring that the Inward e-Manifest is prepared and submitted before the specified cut-off. (Import)
• Monitor and update the consignee on vessel and aircraft activities and status of shipment arrival and berthing. Provides shipment update to overseas offices as well until the POD is issued. (Import)
• Coordinate with the domestic department for import shipment that requires forwarding to domestic delivery.
• Responsible in completing the documents (local/foreign) for job file closure
