The full-time remote US Recruiter role at Metacom Careers involves sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, screening resumes to shortlist suitable applicants, and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter ensures a smooth and efficient recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers to select top talent for various positions.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for various US-based healthcare positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure the best candidates are identified for each role, supporting the growth and success of healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates (nurses, medical staff, etc.) using various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for US healthcare roles.
• Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, handling candidate communications, and assisting with the onboarding process.
• Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and expectations for candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices are in line with company policies and US healthcare employment regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Amenable to work in Baliuag, Bulacan
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of US healthcare roles and job requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
