Job Summary:Opulence Car Rental is hiring a reliable Van Driver on a contractual basis. Main duties will include safely transporting passengers or goods, keeping the van clean, and checking it for safety. We're looking for someone who can work independently, is flexible, and provides good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Transport clients safely to and from designated locations, following traffic laws and company guidelines.
• Drive the van under the GRAB Philippines ride-sharing platform, providing excellent service to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the van, performing basic vehicle checks before and after each trip.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the company promptly.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that may occur.
• Deliver professional and courteous service to customers, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements, including company policies and local transportation regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with appropriate restriction code(s) for operating vans in the Philippines.
• Proven experience as a Van Driver or similar role, preferably within the car rental or transport industry.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Owns a smartphone and is tech savvy. Ability to read maps, use GPS navigation, and follow detailed directions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading luggage or goods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in the car rental, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Consultancy Terms:

• Compensation is based on P17,550 base salary per-month rate plus incentive for a minimum guaranteed number of completed trips on the Grab Platform, as agreed upon with Opulence Car Rental.
• 10-hour working shifts with 1 hour break per day.
• This role is offered on a consultancy basis (5% tax) and does not include the benefits provided to regular employees, such as health insurance or overtime pay.
• The consultant is expected to manage their own taxes and other regulatory requirements as per local laws.

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Commission pay
