Veterinary Cashier / Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic veterinary cashier/receptionist to join our team. The veterinary duties and responsibilities are greet and welcome clients, schedule consultations via phone or email, and issue invoices for services rendered by the veterinarian. Can manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greetings and welcoming clients and patients with sincerity.
  • Answering phone calls and returning e-mails.
  • Scheduling appointments using the designated software.
  • Ensuring that our office remains presentable at all times.
  • Provide comfort to human and animal clients when in distress.
  • Assisting clients to the consult room.
  • Receiving and verifying payments after consultation.
  • Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • With a pleasing personality.
  • At least college level.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Capacity to work well during distressing situations.
  • Ability to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays, as needed.

  • Has high regard for excellence, customer experience and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
