Virtual Admin Assistant

Pasig City

Responsibilities:
  • Actively supports the day-to-day business activities of stakeholders in a fast paced, multitasking environment often working with confidential and time sensitive material.
  • At the Administrative level, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues.
  • Proactive management of email and calendar, meeting & events scheduling, travel coordination / bookings, expense reports, vendor invoice coding, Salesforce activities, general research, document management support.
  • Function as a backup for other team members and contribute to teaming activities.
  • Support and assist with adoption of changes to firm technology, policies and procedures.
  • Seek ongoing development of professional, digital, and technical acumen.
  • Assist with other firm initiatives / business projects, or general administrative duties as required.
Essential Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration or have worked in a role with applicable transferable skills.
  • Any previous experience working in a partnership or professional services firm would be an asset.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Must be amenable to work on a graveyard schedule and hybrid work setup
  • Excellence in customer service, with a positive, proactive “can do” attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams.
  • An interest in digital upskilling and staying up to date with technological trends.
  • Attention to detail, discretion.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
Job Type: Full-time
