As a Warehouse Admin - Inbound at Straightforward, you will play a vital role in the efficient management of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling all inbound logistics, ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with production managers to schedule incoming deliveries.
• Verify quantities against purchase orders or allocation sheets.
• Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies found in the received items.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of received items within the warehouse.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and manage stock replenishment

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production managers and other team members.
• Proficient in using MS Excel or ERP systems for inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse operations (inbound) or a similar role is preferred.
• Be amenable to working in Sterling Industrial Park, Meycauayan, Bulacan.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
