• Responsible to monitor warehouse process (Receiving, Material Issuance, and Shipping of finished good) and ensure that all comply each standard requirements stocks.
• Know how to receive, barcode, issue of materials and shipping of products without any issue or error.
• Able to handle and solve any problem from receiving, material issuance and finished good products.
• Conduct Orientation among Warehouse new member regarding company policies and procedure.
• Can support all related audits like CSR, ISO, RBA, Safety, EICC and related company internal and external audits.
• Can prepare/generate reports required by the immediate Superior, (KPI monthly, weekly, system report for materials and FG's inventory report.
• Can support all PI counting schedule.
• Responsible to prepare shipments of raw materials requested by other Cm in coordination with sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate preferably in Business Studies, Administration, Management or any 4 years related course.
• At least 1 year working experience in warehouse operation.
• Excellent skill for Microsoft office especially in Excel.
• With leadership skills and good in decision making.
• With excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• With experience in handling people.
• Can work in a shifting schedule.
• Willing to assign in FPIP.
