With its headquarters located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, it has warehouses located in Biñan and Calamba, Laguna. It aims to provide quality logistics services locally and internationally.
Job Summary
We are currently looking for Warehouse Administrative Supervisor who is willing to be assigned to our Calamba warehouse. You are tasked with (but not limited to) monitoring deliveries, transactions, and inventory, ensuring accuracy of issuance and dispatching of stocks, and ensuring warehouse safety measures, among others, all the while training and monitoring your team’s performance and distributing their tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking of all incoming and outgoing warehouse products.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate regular reports.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure safety and security protocols are followed in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform routine inspections of the warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree of any program
· Should have more than 4 years’ experience as a warehouse administrator with at least 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
· Proficient with various computer programs, especially MS applications
