Safely Operate Company Vehicles to Transport personnel, goods, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle ensuring routine maintenance and safety checks are conducted
adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities
Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
Manage waste disposal in accordance with environmental guidelines.
assist in coordinating and scheduling routine maintenance activities for facilities and equipment
Maintain accurate records of Maintenance tasks, repairs and inspections.
Communicate effectively with external vendors for maintenance service and supplies.
Monitor and report any facility related issues such as repairs or safety concerns.
assist in implementing and enforcing safety protocols within the workplace
maintain and detailed logs and records related to driving, maintenance, and custodial activities
Assist In managing inventory of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment
Provide Administrative support to the maintenance team as needed.
