DUTIES AND RSPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow delivery order/manpower allocation instructed by warehouse supervisor.
2. Loading and/or unloading of FG items and empty boxes, re-palletizing of FG parts to customer side as required.
3. Ensure all delivery documents are complete prior departure to SMAIC premises.
4. Ensure all documents are signed and properly accounted before leaving customer's premises.
5. Assist in preparation of items for delivery and updating of KANBAN sheet if needed.
6. Regularly conduct daily vehicle check list (brakes, lights, oil, tire, and water) of truck before use.
7. Report and provide vehicle trouble report if needed.
8. Report any issues encountered upon delivery. Provide corrective actions when necessary.
9. Compliance in 5s, safety and proper uniform must observe.
10. Performs other function that may be assigned from time to time.
