Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update warehouse data, including stock levels, deliveries, and outgoing shipments.
- Manage inventory records, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm accurate information on received and shipped goods.
- Conduct regular checks to validate inventory data and report any discrepancies or errors.
- Label and tag inventory items and update location records as needed.
- Generate and maintain reports on stock levels, movements, and orders for review by management.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Support warehouse team by helping with physical inventory counts as required.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Use of Sundays as training days.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with inventory management software.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry.
