QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Educational Level:

• College Degree - Graduate of BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

II. Years of Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of related experience in warehouse management

III. Technical Competencies:

• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Proficient knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Basic knowledge of using warehouse machinery and equipment's
• Knowledgeable with warehouse procedures and policies

IV. Behavioral Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

V. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory data and suggest strategies to improve inventory management.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
• Prepares CAPEX for warehouse section and monthly budget
• Coordinates to other section regarding all concerns of warehouse section

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
