This Opportunity:
You will support the Innovation and Product Support Team. You will be responsible for completing web development whether it’s business-facing applications or improvements to internal libraries or processes. Responsibilities will include:
Website Development & Maintenance

• Enhance and maintain Opus’ existing web portals
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end of the portals.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.
• Develop analytics tools to track traffic across all functions of the portals.

User Experience

• Work closely with Product Managers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional and user-friendly features.
• Ensure website performance and responsiveness, optimizing page speed and user experience across all platforms.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement modern solutions.
• Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and fix portal issues, such as performance lags or functional errors.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with various departments to develop custom web applications and tools tailored to the company’s needs.
• Communicate progress, technical challenges, and updates to Product Managers.

Version Control & Documentation

• User version control systems to track changes.
• Document technical specifications, workflows and procedures to ensure continuity and efficient maintenance.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure all web applications are secure and comply with data protection regulations.
• Assist to regularly update and patch security vulnerabilities.

A Little Bit About You

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• You have gained 5 or more years of proven experience as a Web Developer.
• You are proficient in front-end technologies (i.e. HTML, CSS, Java Script) and back-end technologies (i.e. PHP).
• You are familiar with and have worked with My SQL databases.
• You have a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design.
• You have experience with version control.
• You have excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge ideas and concepts.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Anniversary bonus
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus
