This Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Private Markets Group, you will support the fund administration process. The role is an exciting opportunity to be heavily involved in preparation and calculation of NAVs. Responsibilities will include:

• Review work output of PMG Analysts, including workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed per the established delivery schedule.
• Responsible for the preparation of complex work for assigned funds and clients, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
• Ensure staff abide by department procedures and support a process-driven, risk-averse culture.
• Coach and mentor PMG Analysts in relation to understanding procedures and policies.
• Timely and professionally communicate within the PMG team and cross-department when escalating issues, requesting support, or discussing appropriate processing of fund activity.
• Resolve issues on knowledge gap or quality concerns through reporting, coordinating, and informing team of key development areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

A Little Bit About You

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business field such as accounting or finance.
• You have gained at least 2 years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally with hedge funds or private equity NAV preparation.
• You have a meticulous attention to detail.
• You are organized in your approach to work.
• You like to work towards specific deadlines.
• You communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
