Business Process Analyst
(With English and Polish)
Location: Poland (remote)
Your responsibilities at ZEN:
- Conduct initial business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Document business requirements and finalize process documentation.
- Manage permissions in process systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
- Create and present reports for supervisors and financial institutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and update documentation accordingly.
- Perform data analysis and prepare recommendations for process optimization.
- Granting and recertification user permissions Internal audits
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field. / Worktime equivalent of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira and experience in project management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Experience in reporting and preparing documentation for financial institutions.
- Knowledge of best practices in business process management and analysis tools.
- User management / Permissions management knowledge
