As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of highly talented engineers in design and development of new tools and technologies and influence the evolution of our platform. Now is a great opportunity to join as we are building next generation systems to scale and meet evolving business needs.
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a highly proficient team, and fostering career growth through coaching and mentoring.
• Leading engineering initiatives and driving the vision for building our next generation configuration deployment system
• Collaborating with engineers, architects and other technical teams to craft first-class technical implementations
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders about timelines, progress, roadblocks etc.
• Handling day-to-day management tasks such as staff 1:1 meetings, performance reviews and coaching/mentoring
• Working across teams to ensure business requirements are met effectively

Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have hands-on experience leading and managing a team of 5-10 engineers
• Have experience in building and managing high-availability, mission-critical systems, and understanding of its operational needs.
• Have knowledge of the latest technologies and experience in programming languages such as Rust, Python or Java.
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Have a BA/BS in Computer Science or related fields
