Essential criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in any subject.
- Native English speaker.
- Experience in editing, translating, or publishing.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an international team.
- Valid permit to work in Poland.
- Professional experience in academic research or publishing.
- A master’s, Ph D, or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with La Te X.
- Experience working in an office environment.
-
Training and Bonuses
- Focused in-house training in editing scholarly content according to MDPI’s conventions by experienced editors.
- Performance-based quarterly bonuses.
- Clear progression pathways.
- Employees can start work anytime between 8 am and 10 am.
- Enrolment onto private health membership with Luxmed.
- Free and discounted access to various gyms and sports facilities.
- Bi-monthly events and seasonal parties.
- Office located in Jana Pawła II 43a, right next to the AWK tram stop.
Candidates must submit their CV and cover letter. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and asked to complete two editing tests. If successful, candidates will be invited to an interview, which is the final stage of the application process.
